Reported By Bug Summary Report shows number of bugs filed by different users during filtered dates.
Look for indicators : analyze, decide and improve processes :

Either that individual is not working very hard or his efforts are not put properly. |
TL/Manager should talk to that individual about his/her performance. |
All team members should be given proper training and there should be healthy competition in the team. |

This sub report shows list of all bugs reported by a particular user. This report contains details like Bug Id, Test Case Id (if applicable), Title of bug and date on which the bug was last updated on.
